The Fall Prevention Program for Adults focuses on improving strength, balance, and coordination through personalized assessments and guided physical activities. It integrates advanced monitoring technology to reduce the risk of falls and promote independence and safety in daily life.

What’s Included

Components and Interventions

  1. Health Review (60 minutes): Initial session to evaluate your medical history, lifestyle, and health goals.
  2. Initial Epigenetic Test: A non-invasive scan to identify your epigenetic profile and design a personalized health plan, including nutrition and exercise recommendations.
  3. Personal Reviews (20 minutes each – days 30, 60, 120, 150, 210, 240, 300, and 330): Strategic follow-up sessions to track progress, address questions, and adjust your plan as needed.
  4. Health Monitoring Sessions (60 minutes – days 90, 180, 270, and 360): Includes a new epigenetic test, body composition analysis, metabolic review, and updated nutrition and exercise recommendations.
  5. 1 DNA Test.
  6. Exercise Prescription: Tailored to each individual’s age, risk, and goals; includes strength, aerobic, and balance training. Therapeutic Exercise: – Otago (home-based, supervised by a physical therapist) – Tai Ji Quan (group sessions, ≥24 weeks) – LiFE (integration into daily activities) Recommended dose: ≥3 hours per week with explicit balance challenges. Physical Activity: Individual and group-based, with specific goals. The program should be progressive and adaptive to individual changes. Muscle strength training: Minimum 2–3 days per week.
  7. Psychological support and emotional coaching.
  8. Health education and practical spirituality.
