- Health Review (60 minutes): Initial session to evaluate your medical history, lifestyle, and health goals.
- Epigenetic Test: Non-invasive scan to identify your epigenetic profile and design a personalized health plan, including nutrition and exercise recommendations.
- Personal Reviews (20 minutes each – days 30, 60, 120, 150, 210, 240, 300, and 330): Strategic follow-up sessions to track progress, answer questions, and adjust the plan as needed.
- Health Monitoring Sessions (60 minutes – days 90, 180, 270, and 360): Includes a new epigenetic test, body composition analysis, metabolic review, and updated nutrition and exercise recommendations.
- DNA Test.
