ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Dr. Ismael Perdomo is a pediatrician, epidemiologist, author, and public health leader with more than 20 years of experience in clinical medicine, academic leadership, and community health development.
Throughout his career, Dr. Perdomo has worked in high-complexity hospitals, public health institutions, and academic environments, where he has led multidisciplinary teams, coordinated pediatric services, and contributed to the design and implementation of health strategies aimed at improving patient outcomes and community well-being. His experience spans emergency care, hospitalization, outpatient services, and the management of critically ill patients, combined with strong expertise in epidemiological analysis and health systems.
In addition to his clinical and public health work, Dr. Perdomo has served as an academic coordinator and university professor, mentoring medical students and contributing to the development of evidence-based medical education. His work reflects a deep commitment to excellence, ethics, and the human-centered practice of medicine.
Dr. Perdomo is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of With Ties of Love, Inc., a U.S.-based nonprofit organization dedicated to preventing chronic diseases and promoting healthy lifestyles through comprehensive, evidence-based, and community-centered programs. Under his leadership, the organization emphasizes the importance of mental transformation, recognizing that sustainable health begins with the renewal of thought patterns and behaviors.
Beyond medicine, Dr. Perdomo is also an author, with publications addressing key topics such as childhood obesity, social development, and theological reflection. His work integrates scientific knowledge with a holistic vision that considers the physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions of well-being.
He is currently completing advanced studies in Theology, further strengthening his multidisciplinary approach to health and community transformation. This integration of science and faith is reflected in the mission of With Ties of Love, inspired by the biblical principle found in Hosea 11:4: “I led them with cords of human kindness, with ties of love.” This foundation guides his commitment to serve individuals and communities through compassion, knowledge, and purposeful relationships.
Dr. Perdomo continues to lead initiatives that seek to transform lives, restore dignity, and create lasting impact through a model that unites science, community, and love.
Our approach is not based on a generic diet. It integrates health assessment, habit review, body composition analysis, follow-up, and personalized guidance in nutrition, physical activity, and overall wellness. On its current website, the foundation presents programs for children, adults, sports, women’s health, and fall prevention, with components of evaluation and monitoring.
The first contact is focused on reviewing medical history, lifestyle, goals, and metabolic status, and may include services such as a Health Review, body composition analysis, and other tools depending on the selected program. The initial goal is to understand the individual before proposing any changes.
We use tools and services such as Health Review, DNA Test, Epigenetic Test, Bioimpedance Analysis, Health Monitoring Sessions, and functional tests depending on the program. These tools should be understood as part of a comprehensive assessment to personalize recommendations, not as a substitute for clinical judgment or as a guarantee of automatic results.
It depends on age, goals, and clinical situation. We offer different pathways for children, general wellness, sports, women’s health, and fall prevention in adults. The correct way to choose is not to guess, but to begin with an assessment to identify needs and define the most appropriate program.
The simplest way is to book an initial assessment or contact the team. We offer booking options, advisor contact, phone, email, and a physical address in Orlando. That call or first appointment is intended to clarify goals, review medical history, and decide the next step in an organized way.

4.7 Google Review
With Ties of Love speaks to families like mine in a way that feels human and practical. The focus on prevention, education, movement, nutrition, and emotional wellness is exactly what many communities need. It gives parents tools, not guilt.
David R. Father and community volunteer
In the classroom, I see how health, nutrition, sleep, emotions, and family stress affect children every day. A program like Healthy Futures Kids can help bridge the gap between school, home, and health education. It brings prevention closer to the families who need it most.
Ana P Elementary school teacher
My son loves sports, but we wanted to understand how to support his growth, strength, nutrition, and mindset in a healthy way. What stands out about With Ties of Love is the balance between science and care. It is not only about performance; it is about protecting the whole child.
Carlos M. Parent of a young athlete
With Ties of Love offers a vision that combines public health, preventive medicine, family education, and community service. Their approach is especially meaningful for families who need guidance before chronic disease becomes a crisis.
Jennifer S Community partner
I used to think wellness meant doing everything perfectly. The message I found here was different: renew your mind, understand your body, and make sustainable changes. That kind of approach feels realistic for adults who are trying to restart their health journey.
Luis G. Adult wellness participant
As a parent of a young child, I appreciate programs that start early. Childhood habits are built at home, at school, and in the community. With Ties of Love reminds families that prevention can begin with small daily choices.
Paola C. Mother of a preschool child
I support organizations that combine mission with measurable impact. With Ties of Love has a clear heart for children and families, but also a strong scientific and educational foundation. That combination makes the work meaningful and credible.
Michael T. Donor and supporter
What I appreciate about this vision is that it does not forget the whole family. Children, parents, women, athletes, and older adults all need education, prevention, and support. Health is not isolated; it is lived inside families.
Elena B. Caregiver of an older adult
Athletes are often told to train harder, but not always taught how to understand their bodies. A program that looks at movement, nutrition, mindset, and prevention can help young athletes grow with discipline, confidence, and responsibility
Samuel A. Young athlete
As a mother, I often felt overwhelmed by nutrition advice, screen time, school routines, and my children’s emotional needs. What I value about With Ties of Love is the way they bring science, compassion, and family education together. The message is not about judgment. It is about learning, support, and building healthier habits one step at a time.
